With the real estate market constantly fluctuating, it’s good to know that some houses are still on the affordable side if you look hard enough.

But affordable mansions? That sounds a little like an oxymoron.

Unless you’re looking at this 8,585-square-foot mansion that landed on the Brockport, New York, market for less than $1 million

The home, which is listed for $999,900, has classic, aesthetically pleasing features both inside and out. With eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the gem of an estate sits on 11 acres of lush, green land that looks like something straight out of a fairy tale.

“An elegant entrance opens up to a grand staircase with hand crafted mahogany wood bannisters connecting all three floors,” the listing describes. “The detail is impeccable from the hardwood floors and bay windows throughout to the marble fireplaces, ornate crown molding, pillars and chandeliers. The primary bedroom has its own fireplace, walk in closet, and ensuite bath. The banquet size formal dining room is complemented with a crystal chandelier.”

“I love it,” another expressed.

“Pretty amazing and a LOT of space for that price!” someone noted.

“It’s nice! Some cosmetic changes and it would be perfect. It’s a college town so always lots to do,” one person commented.

“Dear universe, I would like to be able to afford this, please. Thank you,” another posted on Twitter, now rebranded as X.

The house is listed as pending.

Brockport is about 20 miles northwest of Rochester.
