These Stylish Lace-Up UGGs Are Making Me Seriously Reconsider Wearing the Beloved 2000s Brand

There was a time when every woman I knew owned at least one pair of classic, shearling-lined UGG boots. It was probably 2002, and we likely bought them because we saw Lindsay Lohan or Kelly Clarkson wearing them. And while many of us have outgrown the fad since then, UGG's new Quincy style is making me reconsider dipping my toes into the ridiculously cozy boots once again.

The lace-up design looks more like a hiking or combat boot than the moon boots of old, so although it does feature UGG's signature butter-soft shearling lining, it looks much more modern and wearable. Aka, there's no way these cozy ankle boots can be accidentally confused for slippers.

The booties come in two colors, a warm chestnut brown with off-white shearling and an all-black version, and, just as with many of UGG's boot styles, the shaft can be folded down to create a new vibe.

So if you've been dreaming of one day finding shoes that are as warm and comfy as the classic UGG boots you loved so dear and that have secretly been sitting in the back of your closet for over ten years (no? just me?), the best answer might also be the most obvious: new UGG boots.
