SOUTH BEND — The IU South Bend Civil Rights Heritage Center and the Office of Disability Support Services are now accepting submissions for the exhibit “Ability 3.”

The deadline is Jan. 28.

Both campus and broader community artists who are part of the disability community can submit original 2- or 3-dimensional works of art (no performance, music or digital-only) for consideration.

A mix of IUSB student/faculty and community artists will be chosen.

To submit, email a photo of your work(s) along with brief information about yourself to Anne Drake, Director of IU South Bend’s Office of Disability Support Services, at anmdrake@iusb.edu. Including dimensions of the work will be helpful in determining how many works can be included.

The exhibit opens March 10 at the Civil Rights Heritage Center, 1040 W. Washington St.

For more information, call 574-307-6135 or email gwgarner@iusb.edu.
