Some Summit County polling locations changing for Aug. 2 election

Some polling locations will be changed for the Aug. 2 primary election, the Summit County Board of Elections announced.

The changes include:

• Apostolic Church Annex (1717 Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Barberton) will be closed. Voters assigned to the precincts New Franklin 1-B, 4-A, 4-B and 4-C will vote at Manchester Middle School, 760 W. Nimisila Road, New Franklin.

• Parkside Church – Green (4520 S. Arlington Road) will be closed. Voters assigned to the precincts Green 3-A, 3-E and 4-B will vote at Green Middle School, 1711 Steese Road.

• Victory Life Church (3833 Hudson Drive, Stow) will be closed. Voters assigned to the precincts Cuyahoga Falls 5-A and Stow 4-D and 4-F will vote at Summit Pentecostal Church, 1221 Graham Road, Stow.

• Twinsburg Community Center (10260 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg) will be closed. Voters assigned to the precincts Twinsburg 3-B, 4-A, 4-B and 5-A will vote at Twinsburg High School, 10084 Ravenna Road, Twinsburg.

• Grace Church – Bath Extension (565 S. Cleveland-Massillon Road, Fairlawn) will be closed. Voters assigned to the precincts Fairlawn 4-A, 5-A and 6-A will vote at St. Thomas Eastern Orthodox Church, 555 S. Cleveland-Massillon Road, Fairlawn.

• Mason Community Learning Center (700 E. Exchange St., Akron) will be closed. Voters assigned to the precincts Akron 5-B, 5-N, 10-D and 10-L will vote at Mason Park Community Center, 700 E. Exchange St., Akron.

• Kenmore/Garfield High School (2140 13th Street SW, Akron) will be closed. Voters assigned to the precincts Akron 9-A and 9-C will vote at the Kenmore branch library, 969 Kenmore Blvd., Akron.

All affected voters have been mailed an updated voter information card reflecting their new voting location.
