A store employee faces charges after shooting at a customer Saturday following a dispute, the Summit County Sheriff's Office said.

Sheriff Kandy Fatheree said the shooting happened at approximately 12:15 p.m. at a store in the 8200 block of Golden Link Boulevard in Northfield Center Township.

According to officials, a dispute broke out between the male employee and a customer prior to the employee firing at least two rounds at the customer and running out of the Victra store, which is an independent Verizon retailer.

Nobody was hurt in the shooting, Fatheree said. One of the bullets exited the store and struck a vehicle at a car dealership across the street.

The Sheriff's Office Detective Bureau and Crime Scene Unit, which responded to the incident, arrested 27-year-old Tre'Von Rondo, of Twinsburg, without incident. He was charged with discharging a firearm over a public roadway (F-3) and transported to the Summit County Jail.

Further charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
