Sun City Craft Beer Fest, yoga at Ardovino's on tap this weekend

Get ready for a weekend of fun with the Sun City Craft Beer Festival, where people can try more than 100 beers. The festival will be all day Saturday with a variety of musicians.

If you want something more relaxing, how about practicing yoga under the moonlight at Ardovino's Desert Crossing in Sunland Park, New Mexico? Ardovino's also has the Farmers Market on Saturday mornings.

And for a cultural experience, you can count on the El Paso Opera Company and its upcoming performance.

Ardovino's Full Moon Yoga

Ardovino's Desert Crossing will have full moon yoga at 7:30 p.m. Friday, June 2. Guest instructor Deb Grado Pistella will lead the class. Cost is $20 per person, which includes an after-class complimentary mimosa. Reserve mat space at575-589-0653 ext. 6.

Sun City Craft Beer Festival

The Sun City Craft Beer Festival, a one-stop shop for beer, music, games, and a ton more fun, will be from 1 to 8 p.m. Saturday, June 3, at the El Paso convention center in Downtown El Paso. The festival will feature a variety of musicians starting at noon, including The Roulettes, Soul Parade and Jessica Flores with a Selena tribute. Coco Butter will headline from 6:30 to 8 p.m. General admission tickets are $20, excluding fees. El Paso Opera presents La Traviata

The El Paso Opera will present La Traviata, one of the world's most-performed operatic masterworks, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, June 3, at the Abraham Chavez Theatre. Tickets start at $39 plus fees and are available at www.epopera.org, www.ticketmaster.com or 915-581-5534.

Cool Canyon Nights

The free concerts at McKelligon Canyon Amphitheatre have returned. Concerts are at 6 p.m., with an opening act on the EPCC Patio Stage and the main act at 7 p.m. in the amphitheater. Seating is limited, so arrive early and secure your spot.

The El Paso Museum of History has a new exhibition, "Neighborhoods & Shared Memories: South Central," which will run through April 6, 2024, at 510 N.
