Suns, Diamondbacks, Coyotes Friday night trifecta highlights weekend in Arizona sports
It didn't take long for the Arizona Diamondbacks to throw a wrench into Bally Sports Arizona's broadcasting plans this season.
On just the second day of the MLB season, the station, which also broadcasts Phoenix Suns and Arizona Coyotes games, will have three games to broadcast around the same time on Friday night.
The Suns host the Denver Nuggets at 7:30 p.m. MST on Bally Sports Arizona.
The Diamondbacks face the Los Angeles Dodgers on the road at 7:10 p.m. MST on Bally Sports Arizona Extra.
The Coyotes host the Dallas Stars at 7:30 p.m. MST on Bally Sports Coyotes.
While Arizona sports fans may be familiar with Bally Sports Arizona and Bally Sports Arizona Extra, Bally Sports Coyotes is a special station created by Bally Sports to air Friday night's game in Tempe.
It can be seen on DirecTV (686-2), Cox YurView (4 in Phoenix, 7 in Tucson), FUBOTV, Orbitel (225/925) and Altice (40/127).

Those three teams playing at the same time are a highlight of the Arizona sports teams in action this weekend, but they are not the only games to watch on television involving the state's teams.
The Suns play at the Oklahoma City Thunder at 4 p.m. MST on Sunday on Bally Sports Arizona in a pivotal game in the NBA playoff race.
The Coyotes host the San Jose Sharks on Saturday at 7 p.m. MST on Bally Sports Arizona Extra.
The Diamondbacks face the Dodgers on Saturday at 6:10 p.m. MST on Bally Sports Arizona and MLB Network. Their game against the Dodgers on Sunday will air on Bally Sports Arizona Extra at 1:10 p.m. MST.
