Louisville native Jack Harlow is set to make his Super Bowl debut this weekend.

It's no secret that the football game isn't the only reason the Super Bowl is the most-watched TV program in the country each year – the halftime show and high-profile (and high-price) commercials during breaks in the action draw in viewers as well. And this year, Harlow will be in the spotlight in an ad during the Sunday broadcast.

Teasers published by Doritos show Harlow staring alongside rapper Missy Elliott and singer Elton John in a commercial set to run during Super Bowl LVII, which will feature the Kansas City Chiefs taking on the Philadelphia Eagles.

The company published a few teasers of the commercial, and in a recent video (spoiler alert, if commercial spoilers are a thing), Harlow is shown trying something new with his musical career – a shift from rapping to playing the triangle.

The commercial comes days after the trailer for Harlow's new movie "White Men Can't Jump" was released. He is set to star alongside Sinqua Walls in the remake of the 1992 film as a former basketball player who suffered injuries that affect his career.

Sunday will not mark Harlow's first appearance in a commercial. He also starred in a New Balance ad last year where he showed his basketball and acting skills.

He won't be the only Kentucky connection Sunday, either, with Chris Stapleton set to perform the National Anthem at the Super Bowl. The main event will also feature a performance from Rihanna, who will headline in the Apple Music Super Bowl Halftime Show.
