Ukraine has signed the first contracts for the purchase of drones as part of the "Army of Drones" project.

Fedorov: "Superdrones will soon appear at the front. We have signed the first contracts for UAH 260.5 million. These are 78 Matrice multicopters that are equipped with artificial intelligence technology. They can record high-quality videos, focus on targets, and remotely detect potential hazards.
Superstar purchases – the 20 Fly Eye are some of the best reconnaissance drones in the world. We acquired them, among other things, thanks to a very large contribution from Maxym Poliakov, an entrepreneur in the field of space technologies, who is well aware of the importance of technological superiority at the front."
Details: According to Fedorov, Ukraine has also ordered 2 ground-based systems for 20 Warmate kamikaze attack drones thanks to the initiative of Monobank. He added that those interested will be able to leave a "message" to the invaders on kamikaze drones.
Background:
On 1 July, the united24 platform together with the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Digital Information announced the launch of the "Army of Drones" project.
On 12 July, the first 150 people started training as operators of the "Army of Drones" for military purposes.
