PRAS SUBRAMANIAN: The breaking news here, the Supreme Court is keeping in place a Trump era immigration restriction known as Title 42. The policy was instituted during the start of the COVID pandemic. It allowed border agents to immediately turn away asylum seekers to the border. The 5-4 decision reverses lower court rulings that Title 42 had to end in December. The court agreed to hear oral arguments in the case in February.
