Surprise car giveaway means no more work Uber for Update woman

Aspire (our dreams to reality program for foster youth and young adults) has a student Olivia. She's 21 years old, works at Publix in Anderson. She takes Uber to work everyday (and when she's not buying groceries from work, she has to order groceries online to be delivered to the house through instacart). She has lots of experience driving, as she's had her permit for 3 years. She was in a group home for the majority of her life in foster care and she was not given the opportunity to have a car to take the driving class. She just gained her driver's license. She's very responsible and mature for her age. A car would open so many doors for her to get to work, school, and buy herself necessities like groceries. She's interested in majoring in psychology at Tri County Tech this fall and wants to work in the helping profession with teens.
