Surprise — Ja’Marr Chase wins yet another Rookie of the Week honor

Cincinnati Bengals wideout Ja’Marr Chase just keeps stacking up the individual awards early in his NFL career.

Thursday, Chase was again named the Pepsi Sugar Rookie of the Week due to his performance during his team’s Week 6 win over the Detroit Lions.

And that’s the third time he’s won this award in six weeks.

Chase was again a huge piece of the offense and win itself, turning his four catches into 97 yards, plus a near-touchdown. He’s now up to 553 yards and five scores on the season, averaging 20.5 yards per catch.

Along the way, he’s sticking alongside a Randy Moss-type pace to his rookie season. Oh, and Randy Moss himself has plenty of praise for Chase.
