Suspect, mobile phone store employee hurt in attempted robbery
Two people were shot Tuesday afternoon during an attempted armed robbery at a store in a northeast Baltimore shopping center. City police said two people were shot around 1:39 p.m. Tuesday in the 5400 block of Sinclair Lane in northeast Baltimore. The 11 News I-Team has learned the two people shot include the suspect and an employee of the mobile phone store where the shooting occurred. According to investigators, the suspect attempted to rob an employee, the two struggled over the suspect's gun and it fired, injuring both of them.
