Suspects break into cars at dealership on Covington Pike

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Police are looking for suspects who broke into cars at a dealership on Covington Pike Friday night.

Memphis Police say officers responded to a vandalism call at Jim Keras Chevrolet around 7 p.m.

Officers were told that the suspects parked behind one of the buildings on the lot, walked around the service parking area, and pulled on vehicle door handles.

Police say the suspects were able to get into a Camaro and an unknown dark-colored vehicle.

According to police, the suspects also got into a 2020 Corvette by breaking the passenger side door and tried to program the car, but they were unsuccessful.
