Sweitzers welcome home baby girl

Ryan and Emily Sweitzer of Pontiac are the parents of a baby girl born at 10:04 a.m., Monday, Aug. 8, 2022, at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, Bloomington. Mae Ellen weighed 7 pounds, 3.2 ounces and was 19.75 inches long at birth.

Paternal grandparents are Judy Sweitzer of Pontiac and Eric Sweitzer of Bloomington. Maternal grandparents are Robert and Bernadette Meiner of Pontiac.

Paternal great-grandmother is Connie Sweitzer of Pontiac. Maternal great-grandparents are Glen and Dolores Meiner of Pontiac.

The new arrival, named for multiple great-grandmothers, was welcomed home by Nora, 9, Wilson, 6, and Otis, 2.
