Swimwear Brand Solid & Striped Has Released Two New Sunscreens

And they're cruelty free!

Solid & Striped, the swimwear brand rocked by celeb faves including Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid, and Hailey Bieber, is officially branching out into sunscreen. That's right, shopping for all of your beach essentials in one place just got a whole lot easier.

Using a vintage-inspired video at the beach, the brand announced on Monday (June 24) that its Suncare line was now available for purchase. As for what's included in the launch, Solid & Striped shared details of two products: a Face Sunscreen and All-Over Sunscreen. Both items come packaged in sunny yellow bottles that will match your brightest beachwear.

As we know, a good sunscreen is an essential part of any summer, and really any outdoor, activity, and both Solid & Striped products provide protection from harmful rays without breaking the bank. Its All-Over Sunscreen retails for $18 and $28, depending on size, and is SPF-30 with a water resistant formula. The Face Sunscreen, which retails for $28, features a lightweight formula and can be used for a day at the beach or a stroll around the block. According to the brand, both offerings are cruelty-free, won't expire for two years, and are made with products that won't pollute the oceans during wear.

In interview with Vogue, Isaac Ross, Solid & Striped founder, explained the decision to expand into sunscreen, saying, "We’re in the business of making products that can be packed into your duffel with a little bit of sand from your last trip. I wanted to connect beyond swimwear."

The sunscreens join previous launches from the brand including a collection of resort wear, a line of accessories ranging from bags to scrunchies,, and a complete men's swimwear line.
