Swing into ballroom dancing at Albany Area Arts Council

Feb. 27—ALBANY — For those who want date night to swing, the Albany Area Arts Council has the answer.

Starting March 20, the Arts Council will present Monday-night ballroom dancing classes with Michelle Oaks.

Ballroom dancing offers the perfect combination of fun, fellowship and exercise. With popular dances like the Jitterbug and Swing, participants will be dancing the night away in no time.

And the best part? Learning these upbeat and versatile dances is a breeze with local dance instructor Oaks, who brings 25 years of experience to the dance floor. Enroll in her six-week class and get ready to make some unforgettable memories.

Dance classes will be held Mondays starting March 20 and ending April 24. Classes will be held 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Arts Council's 215 N. Jackson St. digs.

Cost is $140 per couple.
