With a Florida retirement on his mind, Sylvester Stallone is reportedly listing his longtime Los Angeles home for upwards of $100 million. The listing first popped up on Revel Real Estate founder Ben Bacal’s Rila real estate app, where it is listed by Bacal himself, who noted in the app that while the final asking price has yet to be set, it will likely fall between $100 million and $130 million.

The 21,000-square-foot home includes eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, and sits on just shy of three acres of land, per the app’s listing. Photos show a double island kitchen, several ornately decorated living and sitting rooms, a family room with a wall-size movie screen, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a full bar—as well as a home office that is currently loaded with Rocky memorabilia, including a life-size statue of Stallone’s most iconic role.

Outside amid the impeccably manicured lawns is a huge swimming pool with a built-in spa surrounded by sun decks and dotted with more statues. The Mediterranean-style home’s exterior is lined with covered patios along the lower level and adorned with terra-cotta-red columns.

According to Dirt, Stallone purchased the empty lot in the late 1990s and custom-built the home. It’s located in L.A.’s gated Beverly Park neighborhood, where Stallone’s house could potentially become the most expensive property ever sold in the area. The current record holder reportedly went for $40 million, although, per Dirt, billionaire Steven Udvar-Hazy is currently asking $160 million for his own nearby estate.

Stallone’s newest listing comes less than a year after he sold off another of his longtime Southern California homes, and barely a month after the Oscar nominee paid $35 million for a 13,000-square-foot estate in Palm Beach. That Spanish-style compound sits on 1.5 acres of waterfront land abutting the Lake Worth Lagoon, and comprises a 10,500-square-foot main house, poolside cabana, and detached guesthouse.
