SCOTT PIANOWSKI: When we're looking for a fancy tight end, we like to look to the University of Iowa-- George Kittle, Noah Fant. How about TJ Hockenson in Detroit, heading into his third season, which is traditionally the breakout season for tight ends, and maybe he already has broken out. He was tight end five last year.

OK, Stafford's out of town. But Jared Goff isn't a stiff at quarterback, and Detroit might have the worst wide receiver collection in the league. What does that mean for Hockenson? It means he could lead this team in targets, and I'll bet anything he leads his team in red-zone targets. There's gonna be a lot of touchdowns in Hockenson's 2021 campaign.

I'm already seeing people drafting Kyle Pitts over Hockenson. Some people are taking Fant over Hockenson. I think that's a mistake. Even if Hockenson settles in as an ADP tight end five or six, I think he can outkick that. I make him a proactive fantasy pick in 2021.
