T.J. Watt and his brothers do recovery Wisconsin style

There’s recovery and then there’s this kind of recovery. If you ever doubted how hardcore the Watt brothers are, these pics should help explain it. Pittsburgh Steelers T.J. Watt and Derek Watt as well as big brother J.J. all shared pics of themselves using a homemade cold tub by carving out a chunk of a frozen lake and sitting in it.

We’ve all done a cold tub as some point or another as part of recovery but I’m not sure how many people outside of the Watts who would opt for a frozen lake instead of a tub of ice.
