Have a Bad Bunny cookie. Sip rosé like Bon Jovi. Dig into Naomi Osaka's favorite salad bowl.

Plenty of dining-world dazzle to report this week. We’ll start at a popular rooftop bar with a sparkling view of the downtown West Palm Beach waterfront.

The Spruzzo bar atop The Ben hotel got a visit this week from rocker and wine aficionado Jon Bon Jovi. The bar is no stranger to the singer’s French-produced rosé, the acclaimed Hampton Water brand he started with his oldest son Jesse Bongiovi. You can read about their visit and wine here.

Bon Jovi wasn’t the only noteworthy sighting at The Ben. The newest menu item, a blinged-out Bloody Mary concoction called The Benjamin, has the potential of becoming an Instagram star on its own. Consider it the Bloody Mary that went to the brunch buffet more than a few times. You can read about it soon on The Post’s “restaurants” page.

Naomi Osaka’s favorite salad joint comes to the Gardens

The national salad chain that counts tennis star Naomi Osaka among its fans and investors, opens a new north county location Sunday. Sweetgreen will debut at the Downtown Palm Beach Gardens plaza just steps away from the plaza’s popular carousel.

Dubbed the “Starbucks of Salad,” Sweetgreen takes over the former Le Bouchon French bistro space. The fast-casual concept has generated a cult following – and celebrity investors including Osaka – since first opening in Georgetown in 2007.

The Gardens opening comes nine months after the brand made a debut at The Square plaza in downtown West Palm Beach. The new, 2,130-square-foot location offers pergola-shaded outdoor seating space for nearly 30 diners and indoor seating for 16.

Newcomers to Sweetgreen can expect a variety of bowl options, from composed salads to specialty warm bowls. There’s a DIY-bowl option as well. The new Gardens location will open with the brand’s late summer menu, which lists an elote bowl and a “Summer BBQ” salad. The opening menu also includes a citrus shrimp bowl that’s offered only in Sweetgreen’s South Florida locations.

Sunday’s grand opening brings a lineup of family-friendly happenings to Sweetgreen:

•   The Florida-based Mother Kombucha company will run a mocktail bar on Sweetgreen’s patio (11 a.m. to 3 p.m.).

•   The plaza’s What’s Cooking Kids studio team will make carrot cupcake kits.

•   Musician Jakob Takos will play from 4 to 8 p.m.

Some Hispanic Heritage Month treats for you…

What’s sweet, sassy and has heart-eyes for you? Meet the Bad Bunny cookie at Boca Raton’s Parlour Vegan Bakery.

The plant-loving bakery is known for its playful creations, like cookie cakes that quote Ferris Bueller or Valentine’s Day heart cookies that reference a Salt-N-Pepa hit, proclaiming “You Make Me Wanna Shoop.”

On Sunday, Parlour rolled out the Bad Bunny tribute cookie as a Hispanic Heritage Month treat. The sugar cookie with colorful vanilla icing is vegan, but does contain wheat and soy. It captures the carefree spirit of the reggaetón star born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio 28 years ago in Puerto Rico – shiny nose ring, tongue wagging and all.

Cookies are $5.95 each and can be pre-ordered on Parlour’s website, https://www.parlourcurb.com/. No, it won’t call you “bebesota,” but it does come with a side of sweetness – vanilla frosting for dipping.

The Salty celebrates its Latino roots

If you’re craving a flaky pastelito and flan all at once (it happens), The Salty Donut may be reading your mind. The creative doughnut brand, which just opened a new shop in downtown West Palm Beach, is all about mash-up menu items.

They kicked off Hispanic Heritage Month (Sept. 15-Oct. 15) with a flan pastelito and a Cold Brew Con Leche that’s sweetened with condensed milk (as is every childhood memory from Cuban Miami). You can find those special menu items through Sunday at The Salty’s shop at The Square plaza.

Food fest tickets going fast

Guests gather at the 2021 Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival's "Grillin' n' Chillin'" cookout at the Eau Palm Beach resort. Tickets for the cookout are among the few still available for this year's festival.

The Palm Beach Food and Wine Festival is still more than two months away, but most of its events have already sold out. That said, there are still tickets available for some of the festival’s standout events.

“There are not many, but you can still get tickets,” says festival director David Sabin.

There are some remaining seats for three of the $200 lunches taking place Friday, Dec. 9, in Palm Beach (Meat Market) and West Palm (The Regional, Avocado Grill).

There are a few seats open for that Saturday’s $150 lunch at Ela Curry Kitchen, where Miami star chef Niven Patel will cook alongside his old friend Pushkar Marathe (Ela chef/co-owner).

Also Saturday, the $195 craft barbecue event called “Smoke & Sunshine” at Tropical Smokehouse has some tickets left, as do that afternoon and evening’s walk-about tasting events.

On that Sunday, however, the only event still open is the festival’s Grand Tasting finale event at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

Have a delicious weekend!
