Taco Bell Is Giving Out Free Tacos Today To Vaccinated California Residents
If you happen to be one of the many Americans who's already been vaccinated, there's a chance that you've already cashed in on all the free food that businesses are divvying out. While Taco Bell isn't on that list of chains and restaurants giving out free food for the entire year, it is giving you a chance to nab a free taco if you've been vaccinated...but only if you're a California resident.
For today and today only (June 15!), vaccinated residents of California can get a free seasoned beef Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos. The Southern California-based brand's giveaway comes in effort to support the state's Vax for the Win incentive program urging more Californians to get vaccinated. The free taco is TB's way of saying thank you to those doing their part to make the reopening phase as safe as possible. I'll definitely take that!
So how do you get your hands on one if you're in Cali? All you have to do is head to any participating Taco Bell location and once you're in line (whether in-store or in the drive thru), make sure to mention that you're there to redeem your free taco. And while there's no purchase necessary to get your taco, you do have to show proof of your shot while picking it up. Only had one dose of your vaccination? That's totally fine. You're still eligible for a free taco too.
