Family Legacy Development LLC, a company based in Tacoma, is listed as the owner of the Salmonberry Road Apartments project. The company bought the parcel on 1695 Southeast Salmonberry Road in 2020 for $170,000, according to county documents. The land is located east of the intersection of Bethel and Salmonberry Road and south of Walmart on Bethel Road. Expecting more traffic generated by a growing population in South Kitsap, the city of Port Orchard is planning to build a roundabout at the intersection as part of its plans to improve Bethel Road.
