Talks between Azerbaijan, Karabakh Armenians begin

STORY: Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Wednesday said his "iron fist" had consigned the idea of a separate ethnic Armenian Karabakh to history.
Karabakh Armenians said they had no choice but to accept Azerbaijan's terms after Aliyev's army broke through their lines in a 24-hour offensive.
A representative from Russia's peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh was present at Thursday's talks.
