How tall is Bryce Young? The Alabama QB measured this tall at NFL Scouting Combine

INDIANAPOLIS — Bryce Young is not tall.

No, Young is not tall at all.

The Alabama quarterback, projected by many as the first pick in the next NFL Draft, was measured on Saturday morning at the NFL Scouting Combine.

Young is 5-foot-10 and 1/8 of an inch.

That's the exact same height as tiny thrower Kyler Murray of the Cardinals.

Young's height and weight — 204 pounds — could cause pause for NFL owners, general manager and coaches.

How durable will Young be in the NFL? Can this body sustain hits?

"I've been this size, respectfully, my whole life," Young said earlier this week. "I know who I am, I know what I can do. For me, it's fair, everyone can speculate, ask me every question. I'm going to continue to control what I can control, continue to keep working my hardest. ... I'm confident in myself. I know what I can do."

Bryce Young's height compares to a few NFL stars

There are only so many Drew Brees-Russell Wilson success stories.

Since 1970, only 5.7 percent of drafted quarterbacks have been 6 feet or shorter.

Young is a Heisman Trophy winner. Young is very accurate. Young is mobile.

Will the Texans (#2) or Colts (#4) move up in a trade with the Bears (#1) for Young?

Or will they target another quarterback, like Will Levis of Kentucky, Anthony Richardson of Florida or C.J. Stroud of Ohio State?

Will Bryce Young's height and weight lead to injuries?

Last season, Young missed time with a sprained AC joint in his right, throwing shoulder.

The most important trait for an NFL quarterback is availability.

Most NFL teams believe diminutive height is not a disqualifying trait for a quarterback.

But will they be sold on Young staying available despite his now-official height and weight?
