Tampa Family Health Centers Offering Moderna Coronavirus Vaccine

TAMPA, FL — The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine is available at select Tampa Family Health Centers for established patients only.

The following established patients are eligible for the vaccine, as outlined in Phase 1 of the executive order issued by Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis:

  • Patients ages 65 years and older

  • Patients who are caregivers, 18 years and older

  • Patients who are healthcare workers, ages 18 years and older

TFHC will contact patients as they become eligible and provide them with additional information on how to schedule their vaccinations.

All 15 Tampa Family Health Centers locations are open and operating under normal business hours, including weekend hours available at select locations. Tampa Family Health Centers is not charging patients for coronavirus testing during the declared public health emergency.
