AMITE, La. (WGNO) — The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help locating a group of individuals who deputies call “Booze Bandits.”

According to deputies, on Jan. 31, four people entered an Amite area Walmart where surveillance cameras caught each of them walking to the luggage aisle and picking up a large bag.

From there, deputies say they reportedly made their way to the liquor department and began putting bottles inside of the bags.
