There seems to be a trend bubbling up amongst the "guys who are famous and have their photograph taken all over the world" set (aka, you know, movie stars). Earlier this week, we saw Brad Pitt embracing it in Mexico City for the premiere of Once Upon a Time...In Hollywood. And now, we've got Taron Egerton working it into his arrival at Handera Airport for the Tokyo premiere of Rocketman.

The trend in question? Dressing like a toasted coconut. Or a perfectly golden-brown piece of sourdough. Or maybe just a fried shrimp. Choose the food that suits your own tastes best. The point, though, is that celebrities are throwing on complementary shades of tan and beige in a way that we can all emulate.

Brad went Fully Toasty in Mexico, which might feel a little intimidating. But Taron? He's only half toasted, with a tan corduroy shirt and tan suede lace-ups paired with black jeans and a white tank top. A pretty simple look, for sure, but he took it to another level sizing up on the shirt (from Boss) to give it a little proportional push-pull with his skinny jeans (from Mother). Add in some amber-and-orange shades by Lunetterie Général (toast-adjacent), and you've got an outfit that's comfy enough for a long-haul flight, but cool enough to wear while stepping off the jetway to greet a crowd of adoring fans.

Taron's particular Boss shirt doesn't seem to be available online at the moment, but luckily for you, Amazon has a very similar one available from its in-house Goodthreads brand. Even luckier? It's only $30.

Our advice? Buy a size up, wear it with some black jeans and tan suede shoes, and enjoy the ride. We can't guarantee you'll be greeted by legions of admirers and paparazzi everywhere you go, but we're not saying it won't happen, either.
