Taste of Belgium featured on 'Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: Triple D Nation' tonight

Earlier this year, Taste of Belgium teased an upcoming appearance on a certain Food Network show hosted by Guy Fieri.

Well, it's officially official. Taste of Belgium will be one of three restaurants featured on "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives: Triple D Nation" tonight at 9 p.m. on Food Network.

Taste of Belgium caught up with Fieri's team when they visited Cincinnati in February, according to a social media post from the restaurant.

"Oh...you may want to go pick up a 4-pack of waffles to snack on while you watch!" the post reads.

The episode Friday titled "Old Friends, New Flavors" will feature two other unnamed restaurants in New York City and Potterville, Michigan. If you miss the 9 p.m. premiere, it will air again at midnight, according to the Food Network's episode guide.

Crews for "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives" were busy when they visited Cincinnati in February, also filming at Blue Ash Chili and possibly at Senate.

Fieri has dedicated an episode to Cincinnati's culinary wonders before. In 2014, an episode titled "One Street Wonders" featured Taste of Belgium, Senate and Bakersfield, all in Over-the-Rhine.
