Taunton could be getting 36-unit condo building with gym, roof lounge
A single-family home at 122 Winter St. could be replaced with a 36-unit condominium complex under a proposal by Joseph Peixoto of North Dighton, principal owner of JLJ, LLC.
The City Council unanimously approved a special permit for the proposed build on Aug. 2. The Planning Board must approve the complex site plan before construction can begin.
