WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Taylor Swift is going to have to “Swift”ly travel from Tokyo to Las Vegas to see her boyfriend Travis Kelce play in Super Bowl LVIII this year. For anyone who might be wondering about the timing, don’t worry. The Embassy of Japan in D.C. did the math.

Swift is continuing the international portion of her Eras Tour, with concerts in Japan and Australia in February. One of her concerts at the Tokyo Dome is scheduled from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. local time on Feb. 10, according to Google.

The Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers face off in the Super Bowl in Las Vegas at 6:30 p.m. local time on Feb. 11. There’s a 17-hour time difference between Tokyo and Las Vegas.

How does the timing look for Swift? Well, according to the Embassy of Japan, prospects are hopeful. An image posted on the platform X on Friday said that the embassy was confident that Swift could make the 12-hour flight in time.

“The Embassy can confidently Speak Now to say that if she departs Tokyo in the evening after her concert, she should comfortably arrive in Las Vegas before the Super Bowl begins,” the image read.

“We know that many people in Japan are excited to experience Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, so we wanted to confirm that anyone concerned can be Fearless in knowing that this talented performer can wow Japanese audiences and still make tit to Las Vegas to support the Chiefs when they take the field for the Super Bowl wearing Red,” the Embassy continued.
