Swifties, are you ready for it?

The Eras Tour movie comes to theaters across the country in October, including a half dozen on the South Shore.

And because pre-sales of the Swift concert on the big screen have been so popular, at least one theater will be offering midnight showings.

AMC Braintree 10 will be allowed to show the 2 hour and 40 minute film at midnight and 12:30 a.m. on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from Oct. 13, which is opening night, through Nov. 5. Shows that start at those times will end around 3 to 3:30 a.m.

Police will be at the midnight showings

Two police officers will also be required to be present through the longer business hours.

The theater’s general manager, who petitioned the Braintree Board of License Commissioners for approval of these extended hours, said several showings are already sold out.

“We’re trying to take advantage of what the community around here is really looking for, which is the Taylor Swift movie,” manager Anne Dors told commissioners, adding that the theater ranks in the top 10 of AMC Theatres for ticket sales of the show. “We wanted to offer them more opportunities to be able to see this.”

The theater, located at 121 Grandview Road, is already sold out of all but three of its showings on opening night. Other days, with some showings starting as early as 9 a.m., are listed as “almost full,” according to the website.

While some Taylor fans spent hundreds or thousands of dollars to see her perform live, you can catch her on the silver screen at the AMC Braintree 10 for $19.89 for adults and $13.13 for seniors and children ages 2 to 12, excluding fees. These prices are set in honor of Taylor's birth year of 1989 and her lucky number 13. Other cinemas appear to have slightly different online prices.
