Taylor Swift’s 'The Eras Tour' movie is now premiering Thursday. Here’s how to get tickets

Global superstar Taylor Swift took to Instagram hours after the world premiere of "The Eras Tour" movie to share they were upping the release day to the following day on Thursday, Oct. 12.

Due to the overwhelming response to the movie and multiple nights of sold out shows, Swift said they were not only making the premiere date come a day early but adding more shows on the initial release date of Friday, Oct. 13.

"I can’t thank you enough for wanting to see this film that so vividly captures my favorite adventure I’ve ever been a part of: The Eras Tour," Swift captioned her photo. "And the best part is, it’s an adventure we’re still on together. Getting in the car now … ."

When is Taylor Swift's 'The Eras Tour' movie premiering? Friday or Thursday?

The public premiere date for "The Eras Tour" movie is now Thursday, Oct. 12.

"Andddd I can’t really wrap my head around this but…. Look what you genuinely made me do: Due to unprecedented demand we’re opening up early access showings of The Eras Tour Concert Film on THURSDAY in America and Canada!! As in… TOMORROW," the songstress wrote on Instagram on Wednesday, Oct. 11.

Where can I get tickets to the upcoming Taylor Swift Eras Tour AMC Theatres concert movie?

Along with the new Thursday shows, Swift said they will be adding additional showtimes Friday and throughout the weekend, with all tickets will be available by 10 a.m. Thursday morning.

Prospective ticket buyers can visit AMC Theatres for tickets, or access the theater's mobile app. Swift fans can also buy tickets at Cinemark and Regal.

Throughout the Eras Tour, Swift has also performed two songs, usually album deep cuts, not on her setlist at each show. She has brought out collaborators like Aaron Dresner, Jack Antonoff and Marcus Mumford to join her on the stage.

During the concerts she filmed at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, she performed a total of six surprise songs which could earn a featured spot in the movie: “I Can See You,” “Maroon,” “Our Song,” “You Are in Love,” “Death by a Thousand Cuts” and “You’re on Your Own, Kid."

This will not be your typical movie theater experience. Moviegoers should not expect your typical quiet movie experience during the Taylor Swift film.

AMC officials have publicly said they expect to see fans up out of their seats while the movie is playing, dancing and singing along with Swift as long it doesn't bother others.

"We encourage dancing and singing throughout this concert film event, but please do not dance on our seats or block other guests from viewing, safely walking or exiting the auditorium."
