Ted Nugent, Big & Rich, Warrant, Steven Adler headline July Dragway 42 concert weekend
WEST SALEM − Ted Nugent, along with Big & Rich, Steven Adler and Warrant, will perform at the inaugural Dragway 42 Music Festival.
Tickets for the two-day event − Friday and Saturday, July 28-29 − are on sale at www.42fest.com, with prices ranging from $80-$130. Tickets can be purchased in a two-day package, single day and for a campsite.
Owners of Dragway 42, 9161 Rainbow Highway, are Ron and Mary Ann Matcham, who purchased the park in 2013, according to a news release.
“Ron has always wanted to bring music entertainment to the facility. While sitting at a country concert himself, the lightbulb went off when he saw the hills and mounds for spectators and fans to sit on to watch racing and now concerts. The rest of the reconstruction design is history.” said Mary Ann Matcham. “So for our first music festival, we're bringing in legends. The ones who started out small and are now written down in history. So, get your ears ready because we're going to rock the whole town of West Salem, Ohio, for two days straight."
