Teddy Riley Demands Soulja Boy Apologize To His Daughter Nia Riley For Alleged Abuse

Grammy-winning artist and producer Teddy Riley had some words for Soulja Boy. In a recent interview posted by The Shade Room, Riley demands the rapper apologize to his daughter Nia Riley for allegedly attacking her while she was pregnant.

Nia Riley and Soulja Boy dated in 2014. Their relationship was documented in the first season of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Hollywood. The show touched upon Soulja allegedly cheating and being verbally abusive toward Riley.

When asked about his feelings about the drama in the relationship, Riley went into protective daddy mode. “Well, let me say this,” Riley said, according to HotNewHipHop. “Soulja Boy knows who I am, and he knows I’m deep. He knows I’m very deep. We had an altercation, I was called a lot of names, and I got an apology.”

“I’m lookin’ for an apology for what he’s done to my daughter. I’m lookin’ for that. As a man, I’m lookin’ for that and I think she deserves it,” he continued.

During the interview, Riley commented on his ignorance of their tumultuous relationship. “I watched them live together and I ain’t know all that was goin’ on,” he said.

Although Riley claims not to have known, the chaotic relationship between Soulja and his long-time girlfriend was made even more evident as they appeared on Marriage Bootcamp: Hip Hop Edition.

After the couple continued to air their dirty laundry on reality television, Riley officially broke it off with Soulja when he refused to be faithful and take therapy seriously.

However, Riley also revealed that she and the “Crank That” rapper had more issues than just infidelity.

In an interview with YouTube blogger Tasha K, Riley alleged that Soulja Boy kicked her in the stomach while pregnant, causing her to have a miscarriage. She added that the rapper allegedly once held a gun to her head while others were around.

During the interview, Riley also gave scary details of what allegedly occurred when she attempted to leave Soulja.

“I wanted to leave. I was trying to leave,” she said. “I had pepper sprayed him one day, really bad. He tried to take a shower. And it f**ked him up really bad. I want to say it was the same day he had charged at me. So I pepper sprayed him. I had it under my pillow.”

Riley also recalled another incident when she attempted to leave.

“I packed my bag,” she said. “It’s a crazy situation to try to get out of. So I was just sitting there, watching, watching, watching. He hadn’t moved. He didn’t get up for anything. I got up, got my bag. I walked downstairs. And I felt him press it against the back of my head,” she alleged. “And I just sat down. I sat on the steps for a couple of hours. He was sitting behind me.”

According to theJasmineBRAND, Nia Riley filed a lawsuit last year in the Los Angeles Superior Court, in which she alleged the rapper had physically and sexually abused her. Soulja Boy denied her allegations.

According to Urban Islandz, Soulja Boy was not pleased with Teddy Riley’s recent interview. He responded to the original interviewer by calling him a b***h and telling him to “stay in his lane.”

Soulja has not directly responded to Nia Riley, nor has he publicly apologized.
