Magee is alleged to have driven away from the scene following the crash, according to police, before later returning without the pickup truck. He was then detained by troopers.

Magee was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal motor vehicle accident, first-degree reckless endangerment and other vehicle and traffic infractions. He is set to be arraigned Friday.
