A newly filed lawsuit accuses golf legend Greg Norman and his wife of plying a minor girl with alcohol at a party at their Palm Beach Gardens home nearly two years ago. The drunken teen was then sexually assaulted on their property, alleges the suit, which was filed in March.

The powerhouse couple are being sued in excess of $50,000 in the civil complaint filed in Palm Beach County Circuit Court.

The girl, identified only as Jane Doe, said she was provided alcohol at the Sept. 6, 2021, pool party, thrown by the daughter of Norman’s wife, Kirsten Kutner, named as “KK” in the suit.

The two teens were classmates at Oxbridge Academy, a West Palm Beach private school whose best-known student is Barron Trump, the 17-year-old son of Donald and Melania Trump.

“Upon the arrival of the other minor guests, more alcohol was consumed and openly displayed along the pool for the minor guests to consume,” say court documents.

Shortly after, Jane Doe, who was “visibly inebriated” and “incapable of standing on her own,” was “sexually assaulted ... while on the grassy area near defendants’ pool,” alleges the complaint, which says the Normans should have done more to prevent something like this from happening.

“Defendants breached their duty of care by not safe-guarding or preventing injury to Jane Doe’s health and well-being, including, but not limited to, abusive conduct by other minor invitees resultant in part from the provision of alcoholic beverages to the minor invitees,” the suit says.

The girl has since suffered “bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, loss of the capacity for the enjoyment of life, expenses for counseling and resulting treatment, loss of earnings, and the loss of the ability to earn money in the future.”

“These losses are permanent,” the complaint said, “and Jane Doe will suffer losses in the future.”

Norman and Kutner have not commented on the case.
