Teenager, 16, suffers concussion and injuries during Russian attack on Hirnyk, Donetsk Oblast

The Russian artillery has struck the town of Hirnyk in Donetsk Oblast, injuring a 16-year-old teenager.

Quote: "The army of the aggressor state has persisted in committing crimes against the civilian population of Donetsk Oblast, including children.

Russian troops bombarded the town of Hirnyk with artillery at 07:30 on 3 January 2024. One of the projectiles hit a private house with a mother and her son inside. The 16-year-old young man was injured and promptly taken to a medical facility. Doctors diagnosed the teenager with mine-blast and craniocerebral injuries, contusion and bruises to his leg."

Details: The explosions also damaged a private house and outbuildings.
