Teenager injured in crash on East Circle Drive in Rochester

Nov. 21—ROCHESTER — A teenager was injured after a two-vehicle crash Monday, Nov. 20, 2023, in Rochester.

A 2004 Nissan Maxima was stalled in the left lane of East Circle Drive near Rocky Creek Drive Northeast when a 2010 Toyota Prius struck it around 10:30 p.m., according to a Minnesota State Patrol crash report.

The driver of the Nissan Maxima, a 16-year-old from Rochester, was transported to Mayo Clinic Hospital-Saint Marys with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver of the Toyota Prius, Elleciah Hasan David Humphrey, 30, of Rochester, was not injured.

The Rochester Police Department also responded to the scene.
