Jeremy Telford punched out 12 straight strikes last week in his final game of the night at Sunset Lanes for his sixth career 300 game.

Jeremy Telford has a silky-smooth delivery that embodies all the elements you wanna see when it comes to top-notch bowling mechanics.

And his virtually flawless mechanics and polished delivery were pivotal in adding another milestone achievement to an already outstanding bowling resume.

So it's not surprising that even after beginning league play at Sunset Lanes with a pedestrian 191, followed by an uncharacteristic four open frames in a less-than-cheery 165, he was able to engineer an electrifying turnaround in his final game by running the table with 12 straight strikes for his sixth 300 game.

His resume sports a career-high 792 series, six perfect games, a career-high 218 average, and a personal-best 18 consecutive strikes spanning two games.

Away from bowling he plays pickleball, golfs, has met Phil Mickelson and Ricky Fowler, and has also hit the links with the Hall of Fame bowler, Walter Ray Williams.

Telford's daughter Mackenzie won multiple state championships both in singles and as a team with the varsity tennis squad at Desert Hills High School, and his son Cole is on the varsity golf team at DHHS, and two weeks ago in youth bowling rolled a scratch 719 series.

Telford's top two items on his bucket list include playing a round of golf at Augusta and riding shotgun in a fighter jet.

In other pin action, John Potter topped the scoring food chain with a 728 series and raised his Dixie Ten Pins average to 222, Jeremy Turlington's (726-265) standout effort ended a recent scoring funk, and Kyle Clark (717-268) continued a recent hot streak with 23 strikes.

Meanwhile, Stan Rasmussen (692-246) lit up the scoring monitors, Doyle Mouser (682-248) at 86 flirted with a 700 series, and Scott Brosier's (677-259) big scoring output raised his D.T.P. League average to 199.

Mark Cruz (641-233) merits ink for rolling his best scores in over a month, Rick Lesko (607-245) posted solid numbers, and it's great seeing David Guckenburg (602-224) back in 600 territory.

In single game action, Chuck Irvine (638) led the single game scoring parade with a 277, one stick ahead of Jorge Grajeda's (633) 276 beaut, and two pins better than Ron Hansen's ((614) 275.

Eric Goldfarb punched out a 249, Jordan Reddish fired six strikes in a 212, and Ed Worden's clean 210 featured five strikes and six spares.

In women's action, Sherri Snarr (647-233) led the scoring charge and raised her Elks & Friends League average to 183, Tammy Blakely (632-213) delivered another stellar performance, and Ann Rasmusen (618-213) fired 18 strikes and raised her average to 193 with her umpteenth 600.

PJ Redhouse averaged 194 between Sunset (595-222) & Dixie(572-213), and both Kara Kopf-Rasberry (545-213) and Jamie Turlington (545-213) put up some really solid scores.

In single game play, Autumn Telford (571) pocketed a 227 and look for her scores to continue gaining altitude, Hailey Bundy (534) popped a 204, Mila Thornton (544) bagged a 202, and Kathy Arnold (521) logged a 200.

Oh, bay-bee!

Urianna wright picked up the 4-7-10 split ... Fish Griswold spared the 3-4-9... Marilyn Bramlet converted the 3-7.
