Temperatures to rise near 60 in Greater Akron before cooling off next week
Thursday, Friday and Saturday temperatures in Summit County will reach nearly 60 degrees, not the previously predicted 55, according to an updated National Weather Service forecast.
This is nearly 25 degrees warmer than the usual highs expected this time of year, the NWS reported on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The low on Thursday is 45. Friday will see a low of 51 degrees.
Next week temperatures will cool down to the mid-40s and 30s with a rain-snow mix likely on Monday.
