Ten10 Design, BoltsandNuts.com earn No. 1 awards at 2022 Lake-Geauga Fast Track 50 event
Nov. 4—A business that has numerals in its name captured a No. 1 prize in the 2022 Lake-Geauga Fast Track 50 business awards competition.
Ten10 Design of Chardon was honored as the top Fast Track Established Business at a program held Nov. 3.
The event, which took place at Wingate by Wyndham LaMalfa in Mentor, marked the 30-year anniversary of the Fast Track 50 dinner and awards ceremony.
Ten10 Design, located at 119 Main St. in Chardon, specializes in providing graphic design and print services and creating an array of promotional products.
While Ten10 Design topped the roster of Established winners, BoltsandNuts.com secured the title of Fast Track No. 1 Emerging Business for 2022.
Based at 3705 Lane Road Extension in Perry Township, BoltsandNuts.com is a full-line distributor of fasteners that include bolts, nuts, screws and washers.
The No. 1 awards presented to Ten10 Design and BoltsandNuts.com highlighted a long list of 2022 Fast Track 50 accolades announced at the Nov. 3 ceremony.
Every year since 1993, Fast Track 50 has saluted the fastest-growing businesses in Lake and Geauga counties. Fast Track 50 organizers select the winners based on a weighted average of 80 percent sales growth and 20 percent employment growth over the previous five-year period.
To be considered for a 2022 Fast Track 50 award, Established businesses needed to report revenue of at least $4 million in 2017, the baseline year for all evaluations. Emerging businesses were required to have 2017 sales of between $250,000 and $4 million.
Traditionally, the Fast Track 50 consists of 25 Emerging and 25 Established businesses.
However, the Fast Track 50's 2022 roster consists of 49 overall winners. There were 25 Established winners and 24 Emerging winners that met the criteria to earn Fast Track 50 awards in 2022.
