Tennessee basketball favorites to make Final Four out of East Region in March Madness

Tennessee basketball were underdogs against lesser-seeded Duke in Saturday's second round NCAA Tournament win in Orlando.

The Vols are now the betting favorites to come out of the East Region, according to BetMGM as of Monday afternoon.

Tennessee is +115 to make the Final Four, while the other three remaining teams in the region are +333 or worse. Michigan State is +333, Kansas State is +340 and FAU is +450.

The Vols are 5.5-point favorites heading into Thursday's Sweet 16 game against the Owls at Madison Square Garden in New York City.
