Lady Vols basketball will have a bit of déjà vu in the NCAA Tournament second round.

No. 4 seed Tennessee (24-11) faces No. 12 seed Toledo (29-4) on Monday at Thompson-Boling Arena. The Rockets upset No. 5 seed Iowa State 80-73 on Saturday, much like No. 12 seed Belmont upset No. 5 seed Oregon in Knoxville last season. The Lady Vols blew out No. 13 seed Saint Louis 95-50 in the first game Saturday.

A win would mean back-to-back trips to the Sweet 16 for the first time since 2015 and 2016, which coach Kellie Harper said would be huge for the program.

"It's so funny, my mind hasn't been dwelling on, 'What if we win,'" Harper said Sunday. "But it would be a big deal. It really would. I think it would mean a lot to our team and to our staff to be able to watch our team make that next step."

5:10 left: Officials reviewing something that occurred on a rebound. Lady Vols 58, Toledo 33. Rockets on a 9-0 run. Tennessee's largest lead was 34.

7:45 left: Jordan Horston turns her left ankle after being fouled on a shot. Stays on the floor for a few seconds, then hops up and splits two free throws. Horston limping fairly heavily and will leave the game.

8:34 left: Toledo is 8-32 on the floor. Exceptional defense today from the Lady Vols.

Second quarter

HALFTIME: Tennessee 50, Toledo 22. Lady Vols are 20 minutes from another Sweet 16 appearance.

The Lady Vols and Rockets tip off in about 20 minutes time inside Thompson-Boling Arena in Knoxville.

The winner will face Virginia Tech, the 1-seed in the Seattle 3 Region, in the Sweet 16 later this weekend.

Toledo's upset of Iowa State on Saturday creates a big opportunity for Tennessee. Though UConn is on the bottom half of the region, it's anyone's region to win.
