Tennessee Titans top cornerback Kristian Fulton, running back Dontrell Hilliard and offensive lineman Jamarco Jones have been ruled out for Monday Night Football against the Buffalo Bills, coach Mike Vrabel said Saturday.

Game time is 6:15 p.m. CT on ESPN.

Fulton (hamstring) and Hilliard (hamstring) didn't practice this week, why Jones (elbow) was a DNP Friday and Saturday after being limited Thursday.

The Titans (0-1) face a daunting task against the Bills' dynamic passing attack, a challenge accentuated without Fulton. Stefon Diggs is one of the best receivers in the NFL and Gabe Davis is a vertical threat as a No. 2 option. Josh Allen's ability to extend plays will also force Tennessee to cover longer and plaster. Caleb Farley, a 2021 first-round pick, is expected to start with Fulton unavailable.

Hilliard flashed his pass-catching ability out of the backfield in the opener against the New York Giants, posting three catches for 61 yards and two touchdowns. He was featured prominently on third down.

Jones, signed to a two-year deal in the offseason, is one of the Titans' top backup offensive linemen.

The Titans also listed rookie receiver Kyle Philips (shoulder) as questionable.

The Bills (1-0) ruled out defensive tackle Ed Oliver (ankle) and listed defensive tackle Tim Settle (calf) as doubtful. Davis (ankle) and cornerback Dane Jackson (knee) are questionable.
