Tennessee Titans linebacker Zach Cunningham left Saturday's game against the Houston Texans with an elbow injury, just two quarters into his return from injured reserve.

Cunningham had missed six straight games with an elbow injury but was activated off injured reserve this week. He exited in the second quarter Saturday, heading back to the locker room with the athletics trainers.

His return status is labeled as questionable.
