Tennessee Titans pick Ole Miss LB Chance Campbell in sixth round of 2022 NFL Draft

The Tennessee Titans selected Ole Miss linebacker Chance Campbell in the sixth round with the No. 219 overall pick of the 2022 NFL Draft on Saturday.

Campbell played in 25 games at Maryland before transferring to Ole Miss as a graduate transfer.

The 6-foot-2, 240 pound Ellicott City, Maryland, native earned honorable mention All-Big Ten honors as a junior in 2020. He had 43 tackles (22 solo) and 5.5 tackles for loss in just four games at Maryland in 2020.

He then led Ole Miss in tackles with 109 in 2021. Campbell also recorded 12.5 tackles for loss, six sacks and forced and recovered three fumbles.

Campbell, who was one of the strongest players on the Rebels roster, needs improvement in coverage.

He also has special teams experience, which will help he get onto the field quickly with the Titans.
