Tennessee Titans' road uniforms ranked worst in NFL -- but here are 5 that are worse

While the Tennessee Titans may have mismatched uniforms, several other NFL teams suffer styling and design disasters.

The Titans' road uniform color combination, blue helmet, white jersey and blue pants, has attracted attention for the wrong reasons. For The Win ranked the Titans' "mishmash nonsense" road uniform Saturday morning as the worst out of all 32 NFL teams.

While the ranking may be harsh on Tennessee, the team didn't really see much success in that uniform. The Titans went 1-3 during the regular season in the mismatched road unis, per Titans uni tracker, with a win against Jacksonville and losses to the Patriots, Cardinals and Steelers.

However, there are several other uniforms in the league that are much worse. Here's a list of road uniforms that just don't do their teams justice.

Carolina Panthers

The Panthers' road uniforms are basically an empty canvas. The white jerseys with sky blue tones coordinate nicely, but the helmets could use a makeover.  A black helmet with the sky blue color outlining the Panthers' logo would make the gear really stand out. Where's the creativity?

Denver Broncos

This uniform's prime came and went a long time ago. Sticking with the same design since quarterback John Elway led lead the team to back-to-back Super Bowls in 1998 and 1999, the Broncos' classic jersey just doesn't ignite the same spark. It's time for an upgrade.

Washington Commanders

Taking into consideration that Washington just organized its naming issues, the Commanders still have a lot of work to do with branding. The team unveiled the road uniforms in February, detailing a matte burgundy helmet with a white jersey and pants. Not a horrible start, but there is lots of potential.

Atlanta Falcons

Similar to the Panthers' minimalist design, the Falcons road uniforms resemble an empty canvas with a black helmet, white jerseys and pants. Although the road uniforms and alternates have drawn away from the black color scheme, it might be a good idea to bring it back.

26. Falcons (26): They're in a weird football purgatory, Atlanta apparently continuing to move forward with soon-to-be-37-year-old QB Matt Ryan, who would cost the team $40+ million to trade or release before June 1.

New York Jets

The Jets abandoned their classic logo for the "Take Flight" design, a modern take on the traditional green and white color scheme. The metallic helmet adds a nice touch with the "Gotham Green" color, but the white jersey and white pants combination is lacking.
