Tennessee Titans rule out kicker Randy Bullock vs. Bengals, elevate rookie Caleb Shudak

The Tennessee Titans have ruled kicker Randy Bullock out for their game against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday and elevated rookie kicker Caleb Shudak from the physically unable to perform list as his replacement.

Shudak, whom the Titans signed as an undrafted free agent from Iowa, will make his NFL debut. Bullock is missing his second straight game after injuring his right calf in warmups against the Denver Broncos on Nov. 13.

The Titans signed veteran Josh Lambo to kick in their previous game against the Green Bay Packers but did not hold onto Lambo following the win.

The Titans (7-3) host the Bengals (6-4) from Nissan Stadium on Sunday (noon, CBS)

Shudak competed with Bullock for the Titans' kicking job in the preseason before sustaining a leg injury before the season. Shudak was 24-for-28 kicking at Iowa last season with a long of 51 yards.

Defensive back Greg Mabin and linebacker Andre Smith will be the Titans' practice squad elevations for Sunday's game.
