The Tennessee Titans (0-2) host the Las Vegas Raiders (0-2) on Sunday at Nissan Stadium (Noon CT, Fox-17) with each team looking for win No. 1 in the 2022 season.

Tennessee's slow start has been exacerbated by injuries; Taylor Lewan (knee) was placed on injured reserve and will miss the rest of the 2022 season, while Bud Dupree (hip) is out for Sunday's game. Both were injured in Monday's loss at the Bills. Kristian Fulton, who missed Monday's game, should boost the secondary with his return.

The Raiders too will be without contributors, including receiver Hunter Renfrow (concussion). Running back Josh Jacobs (illness) is questionable.

DEFENSIVE INJURY: Tennessee Titans LB Zach Cunningham leaves Raiders game with left elbow injury

Fourth quarter

FINAL SCORE: Titans 24, Raiders 22.

Underwhelming wins are still victories in the NFL. Titans are 1-2. Postgame upcoming.

1:14 left: Mack Hollins wins a one-on-one ball for a touchdown on 4th down. Two-point conversion attempt upcoming.

The two-point attempt is deflected and incomplete. Derek Carr again trying to force the ball to Darren Waller.

Austin Hooper fields the onside kick. And relief for Titans fans. Titans 24, Raiders 22.

1:32 left: Lonnie Johnson called for defensive holding on 4th and 10. Automatic first down.

After two incompletions, Kristian Fulton is helped off the field.

1:49 left: Derek Carr scrambles for a first down to the Titans' 15.

2:06 left: On 4th and 15, a rainbow ball to Mack Hollins is complete for a long gain. Wow.

3:09 left: Titans go three-and-out. Raiders out of timeouts but the Titans lead 24-16.

3:29 left: Raiders kick a field goal to cut lead to 24-16.

5:56 left: Mack Hollins makes Amani Hooker miss a couple times on a 61-yard catch. But the Raiders are called for an unsportsmanlike penalty after the play.

6:15 left: The Titans are forced to punt after an iffy spot on third down. Still 24-13, Titans.

9:22 left: Play of the game. Carr's pass is dropped by Darren Waller at the goal line and intercepted by Kevin Byard, who returns it out past the 20 yard line. Waller took a big hit on the play too.

Titans defense showing the mettle Titans fans have gotten used to in the Mike Vrabel era but had not seen in Weeks 1 and 2.

10:55 left: Darren Waller absorbs a high hit from Amani Hooker and gains 17 yards. Add the person foul penalty, and the Raiders are in the red zone.

12:54 left: After Derrick Henry is stuffed for a loss on third down, Ryan Tannehill's fourth down pass to Treylon Burks is incomplete. Not sure if that got deflected near the line of scrimmage. If so, that was why Burks bobbled and dropped it.

Either way, Raiders have good field position.

Third quarter

End of the third quarter: Derrick Henry gains 13 yards on the final play of the quarter. He has 15 carries for 82 yards and has a good chance to rush for 100 yards for the first time this season. Titans 24, Raiders 13 after 3.

1:58 left: The Raiders rush four and allow Dontrell Hilliard to get free over the middle on the check down route for 29 yards. Hilliard has been good catching the ball, but the Raiders made it very easy there too.

2:55 left: A huge holding penalty called on Raiders OL Jermaine Eluemunor wipes away a 29-yard catch by Darren Waller. Two plays and a delay of game later, the Raiders will punt from the Titans' 41. What a stand by the Titans defense, and ugly from the Raiders offense. A touchback means a 21-yard net on the punt, too.

The Raiders challenge that they legally touched the ball down on the Titans' 1-yard line and get the call changed. Titans will be backed up.

4:47 left: Ryan Tannehill stands in the pocket and...is intercepted by Duron Harman on third down. Big play. Raiders at the Titans' 31.

7:09 left: Jeffery Simmons gets good pressure on 3rd down, forcing a Derek Carr incomplete pass. Raiders have to settle for a field goal. Titans 24, Raiders 13.

13:34 left: Derek Carr scrambles for 11 yards, then Josh Jacobs up the middle for 12 yards. Brandon Bolden then goes for 12 yards. Raiders have 66 rushing yards on 11 carries.

15:00 left: Raiders get the ball first in the second half.

Second quarter

HALFTIME: Titans 24, Raiders 10.

Randy Bullock's 48-yard field goal is good. Ryan Tannehill set it up with a dart to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine for 15 yards.

38 seconds: Rashad Weaver gets home for a sack on Derek Carr. Raiders punt.

Robert Woods with a good return to midfield. Still time for a score.

1:09 left: Ryan Tannehill is blitzed on third down, and his pass is deflected and incomplete. Titans to punt.

2:30 left: Darren Waller was WIDE open on third down, and it may have been a touchdown. Derek Carr overthrows him. A stop! A punt!

Robert Woods cleanly fields the punt. Titans can go up by three scores on this drive heading toward halftime.

Three drives, three Titans touchdowns

4:55 left: Touchdown Titans. Ryan Tannehill with the QB sneak. Titans 21, Raiders 10.

Titans averaging 9.2 yards per play.

  • Ryan Tannehill: 11-12, 163 yards, passing and rushing TD

  • Derrick Henry: 11 carries for 64 yards and a TD; 3 catches for 42 yards

  • Robert Woods: 4 catches, 85 yards

5:35 left: Derrick Henry goes for 24 yards, and this Raiders defense has no answers by land or air right now. Titans offense is humming.

6:36 left: Robert Woods with a 21-yard catch at the right sideline. He has four catches for 85 yards in the first half.

7:18 left: Derrick Henry with a first down run for 11 yards near midfield.

9:35 left: A big Hassan Haskins kickoff return into Raiders territory is wiped away by a holding penalty on Joe Jones.

Raiders respond with a Davante Adams touchdown catch

9:44 left: Davante Adams, working against Kevin Byard in the slot up the seam, catches a 5-yard touchdown on a laser from Derek Carr. Titans 14, Raiders 10. Points will be scored today.

11:42 left: Two big catches by Foster Moreau, then a running back lateral to Derek Carr ends up as an 18-yard catch from Davante Adams. Raiders in the red zone.

Two drives, two Titans TDs

14:25 left: 1st and Goal from the 1 means a Derrick Henry touchdown. Titans have 160 total yards in two possessions and a 14-3 lead over the Raiders.

First quarter

10 seconds left: There's the biggest play of Robert Woods' Titans career in three games, a 42-yard catch up the left sideline. Tennessee will have 1st and 10 from the Raiders' 14.

1:28 left: Derrick Henry has 3 catches already today, for 42 yards.

2:22 left: Darren Waller and Davante Adams both in the back of the end zone on 3rd and 2 as the pass falls incomplete. Raiders opt for the short field goal, and it's good from Daniel Carlson. Titans 7, Raiders 3.

Should be noted Terrance Mitchell saw more time than Caleb Farley on that drive at outside cornerback.

4:25 left: Mack Hollins with a 15-yard catch on 3rd and long, then Josh Jacobs pushes the pile for 9.

6:40 left: Roger McCreary flagged for pass interference on a Derek Carrdeep shot to Keelan Cole.

Denico Autry and Rashad Weaver starting the game on the edge. Should see some DeMarcus Walker there, too.

Titans' 7-minute opening drive ends with a TD

7:22 left: Touchdown Titans. Geoff Swaim is wide open off of a quick play action on 3rd and 1. That was a surgical drive by the Titans. Three opening drives, three Titans touchdowns in 2022.

9:33 left: Robert Woods, in the slot, runs a slant and gets good yardage inside the Raiders' 15.

10:06 left: Ben Jones is called for holding on a screen play in which Derrick Henry lost yardage.

11:21 left: Derrick Henry carries for 9 yards, then for 10.

12:40 left: Austin Hooper in the flat on third down is wide open, and he converts.

14:11 left: Derrick Henry bobbles a screen pass but runs for a 20-yard gain. Quick pass and screen game could be utilized a lot early.

14:56 left: Maxx Crosby TFL, working across the right side of the Titans OL.

15:00 left: Titans win the coin toss, will receive. Tennessee gets the ball first.

We'll keep an eye on who is in the outside linebacker rotation today and how that is deployed with no Bud Dupree.

Pregame

Inactives were released after 10:30 a.m. CT. For the Titans, Bud Dupree and Kyle Philips are out. The Raiders will be without Hunter Renfrow and Denzel Perryman.

The full inactives can be found here.
